Internships: Many valuable internship opportunities available through 300-400 companies that work with the school on a regular basis. Particularly strong relationships with international banks, with opportunity to learn specialized programs unique to their operations.
Practical experience during curriculum: Evaluation of distressed companies and presentation to panel of business experts. Live product marketing case in core course - last few years have included SMART car, GM Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle, and Roto Hada Labo face cream. All first-year teams have a corporate connection, visit their companies and do an Organizational Behavior project.
Consulting Opportunities: Consulting class is offered and student have recently started a consulting club focusing on not-for-profits.
Career Services: The UB School of Management has one of the top rated career resource centers in the country with extensive programming to assist students in developing career skills.
