Peter joins The MBA Tour after over 20 years in management consulting
and industry. Throughout his career, he helped companies design
and implement operational improvements. While working as a management
consultant for Arthur D. Little and Applied Value, Peter sold and
led engagements with global clients in the medical, consumer, and
transportation industries. He has published articles about commodity
sourcing strategies, supply chain improvement initiatives, and the
link between operational performance and stock valuation. As a management
consultant, Peter worked with clients across North America, Europe
and Latin America. Throughout his consulting career, he recruited
and hired graduate students from a wide breadth of business schools
for management consulting positions. He is very interested in working
with graduate business programs to identify and recruit talent.

Lori Devir-Carroll, Events Manager
Lori manages event logistics and works with regional teams for our
events worldwide and co-leads on a variety of tours.
Lori has over 12 years of event planning experience, both in domestic
and international markets. This experience in international event
planning, and awareness for cultural differences enables Lori to
ensure appropriate budget planning and venue selections for our
events. She holds a B.A. from Southern University and currently
resides in New Hampshire.

Patty Katsaros, Director North America
Patty started with The MBA Tour in December of 2008 to manage client relations in North America and lead the India and Southeast Asia tours. Before joining The MBA Tour, Patty spent 12 years in the video security industry where she worked for Philips Electronics as a product manager and Aigis Mechtronics, a company she and four partners successfully spun off from Philips. As the owner and Vice President for Aigis, she managed all sales and marketing activities and consistently expanded its customer base and new product sales.
Patty holds a BA in Management and Psychology from Gettysburg College and a MBA from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University.

Alyssa Lee, Marketing Manager
Alyssa joined the tour team in January 2009. She received her BA in East Asian studies, Mandarin Chinese and Art, and now manages the tour's marketing relations. Alyssa had the opportunity to study in China during college and her education and international experience provide a solid platform for working with the tour’s global participants. Alyssa is originally from Portland, Oregon and now resides in the Boston area.

JoBeth Brudner, Regional Director for
Latin America
JoBeth leads our Latin America Tour as an independent consultant
with more than 20 years in international education located Buenos
Aires, Argentina.
She has lived in Argentina since 1984, where as an OSEAS adviser
she was the coordinator of the U.S. government advising centers
throughout Argentina.. She is an active member of NAFSA as well
as part of the OSEAS Trainers Corp. Over the last 20 years, she
has participated in several recruiting tours to Latin America as
well as coordinated and collaborated in over 25 public study abroad
programs and fairs. Utilizing her thorough regional knowledge and
excellent contacts, JoBeth has led over 15 MBA Tours to Latin America
since 1998.

Greg Walker, Tour Leader
Greg co-leads our India Tour with extensive experience working with
international students, including 11 years of experience as an international
admissions officer for three U.S. universities.
In 1996, he led his first recruitment tour and since that time has
organized and led successful tours in Asia, Latin America, the Middle
East, India and the Caribbean. He has been an active member of NAFSA
as well as a presenter at several national and international conferences
and has developed and facilitated international recruitment workshops.
His work has also included consulting roles with the College Board,
AMIDEAST, American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions
Officers (AACRAO) as well as with a number of international corporations.
With an educational background in Latin American Studies, Organizational
and Cross-Cultural Communication and TESOL, Greg enjoys working
with the clients of the MBA Tour as they travel and work in various
parts of the world.

Kathy Pattison, Tour Leader
Kathy joined The MBA Tour on a consulting basis in 2008 and has been a co-tour leader for two recent MBA tours in East Asia and India. Her experience as a client on the MBA tours in Latin America, India and other parts of Asia extends over fifteen years. Also, she served on the MBA Tour Advisory Board for several years.
She has been in MBA admissions for over twenty five years, first in New York City as an associate director of admissions at NYU Stern, then as assistant dean for admissions at Fordham University where she was closely involved with the setting up of Fordham’s BIMBA program in Beijing. More recently as director of admission for The Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary she experienced success in expanding the School’s international outreach and substantially increased the enrollment of international students. Kathy has derived her greatest professional satisfaction by her interactions and relationships with many of these students. The MBA Tour provides her with a continuing opportunity for helping international students satisfy career goals and maintaining friendships with colleagues and clients developed over many years’ association with the MBA Tour.
